Prices the vendors publish themselves, read from their own APIs and pages by a watch that runs every few minutes. Every row carries the moment it was read. Our live tariff stands in the same ranking, on the same basis.
One basis for every row, or the column would mean nothing: the price of a single unit of energy, fees included, for one transfer of 65,000 energy, as that vendor published it at the moment shown beside it. Our own row is the live tariff — the same number /pricing shows.

Not a complete map of the market: the table lists vendors whose published, machine-readable price our watch reads. One that has answered nothing for a day drops off; a reading older than fifteen minutes is marked as behind; a row marked computed is derived. No figure here is an offer.
Every number here was read from the vendor, not typed by us
A watch runs on our side every few minutes. It asks each vendor for the price that vendor publishes — through its own API where there is one, from its own page where there is not — and writes the answer down with the time it arrived. This table is that record. Nothing in it is typed by hand, and nothing in it comes out of our own commercial agreements: only what a vendor publishes to everyone.
Rows are ranked on one basis so that they can be compared at all: one unit of energy, fees included, for a single transfer of 65,000 energy, with the moment of the reading beside it. Where a vendor publishes no price for that size, the cell is a dash rather than a guess. Where it publishes only a rate for some other unit or term, the row is marked computed and the number is derived from that rate.
Our own row is the live tariff, ranked among the rest. The table names a market; it says nothing about where any order goes.
A transfer without energy burns 6.5 TRX
Energy is the resource the TRON network meters smart-contract execution in, and sending USDT is a call into the USDT contract. An account with no energy is not refused — the network burns TRX from the sender instead, at the protocol rate of 100 sun per unit. About 65,000 units for a transfer to an address that already holds USDT makes 6.5 TRX; about 131,000 units, to an address that has never held any, makes 13.1 TRX. What TRON energy is covers where it comes from, and the arithmetic behind the fee works the multiplication through.
That burn rate is a protocol parameter and it applies to everyone equally, which is what makes it the common yardstick this table measures against. Staked TRX yields energy continuously, and its holder can delegate that energy to another account for a term, then take it back. A vendor sells such a term by the hour; we sell the few minutes a transfer needs, so a rented unit costs a fraction of a burned one.
